          Mr. John Chen is Partner of Co-Win Ventures. He co-leads Co-Win’s high-tech investment team, focusing on managing and investing in High-Technology sector. He has over 10 years of experience in the high-tech investment.
          Mr. Chen has led and participated in deals such as Origin of Excellence, Hitronics Technologies, Jade Bird Display, Adchem-tech, Fluoever New Materials, Hz Electric, TetraBOT Electonic, and etc.
          In 2023, Mr. Chen was featured on the “Nova · Rising Investors of the Year” list by CV INFO.
          From 2012 to 2016, Mr. Chen was Investment Manager and Director of Co-Win Ventures. Prior to joining Co-Win Ventures, Mr. Chen served as Process Engineer of SMIC.
          Mr. Chen holds an M.S. in Material Physics and Chemistry from Nanjing University, and a B.S. in Inorganic Non-metallic Materials from Jiangsu University.

    Partner Group COO

          Mr. Bruce Lin is Partner and Group COO of Co-Win Ventures，focusing on risk control，fund management, portfolio management and capital withdrawal. He has over 10 years of experience in venture capital and equity investment.
          From 2016 to 2020, Mr. Lin was Investment Director and Risk Control Director of Co-Win Ventures. Prior to joining Co-Win Ventures, Mr. Lin served as Director of Jiangsu Ruihua Holdings.
          Mr. Lin holds an M.S. in Enterprise Management from Nanjing University, and a double bachelor's degree in Information Management and Publishing Science from Wuhan University.

          Mr. Johnny Sun is Partner of Co-Win Ventures, focusing on the fundraising and investor relationships function. He has over 30 years of experience in marketing, finance, business management and venture capital investment. He has been engaged in venture capital since 2009. He has led and participated in fundraising for more than 10 funds.
          Prior to joining Co-Win Ventures, Mr. Sun served as Partner of ZAFFER and General Manager of Gold Credit Guaranty. In addition, he was Vice President of HCGA.
          Mr. Sun holds a Ph. D. in Management from Central South University, and a certificate of CICPA.

          Mr. Eric Wen is Partner of Co-Win Ventures. He co-leads Co-Win’s healthcare investment team, focusing on managing and investing in healthcare sector. He has over 20 years of experience in clinical medicine, translational research, pharmaceutical marketing and venture capital investment.
          Mr. Wen has led and participated in deals such as Taimei technology, Genecast, Sinovation, Neuracle, Redcloud Bio, Rapid Novor, Fangcun Doctor, and etc.
          From 2013 to 2016, Mr. Wen was Investment Director of Co-Win Ventures. Prior to joining Co-Win Ventures, Mr. Wen has held a series of positions as Surgeon of Cancer Hospital of Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences, Medical Representative of Sanofi, Medical Advisor of Merck, Medical Manager of Biotech Phama Co., Medical Director of Haodf.com, and Co-founder of Quwan.com.
          Mr. Wen holds an M.S. in Medicine from Peking Union Medical College.

    CFO

         Ms. Cara Zhang is CFO of Co-Win Ventures, focusing on the finance and operation of USD funds. She has 12 years of experience in USD fund operation and financial management.
         Prior to joining Co-Win Ventures, Ms. Zhang was Associate of GF Investments HK, China Orient Asset Management (International) and Finance Manager of Banyan Capital (Gaorong), mainly responsible for fund accounting, fund operation and fund administration for primary market PEVC funds & secondary market Fixed Income Funds.
         Ms. Zhang holds an M.S. in E-Commerce and Logistic Technologies from CUHK, and a B.E. in Finance from Shenzhen University. She is USCPA license holder and AICPA member. She was also accredited as a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist by the Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist.

  • Cheng Wang
    Venture Partner

          Mr. Cheng Wang is Venture Partner of Co-Win Ventures, focusing on healthcare investment. He has over 10 years research experience in molecular biology and virology and he successfully founded Innovec Biotherapeutics. Prior to joining Co-Win Ventures, He was Founding Scientist of Viral Vector Technology department of Regeneron Pharmaceuticals and helped Regeneron combine their antibody technologies to build up pipelines of gene and cell therapy. Mr. Wang has obtained 7 patents which build up the gene therapy intellectual property of Regeneron.
          From 2019 to 2021, Mr. Wang was Investment Director of Co-Win Ventures.
    Mr. Wang holds a Ph.D. in Biological Sciences from Columbia University, and a B.S. in Biological Sciences from Tsinghua University. His doctoral research works have been published in PNAS and Nature Structural and Molecular Biolog.

    Senior Vice President

    Mr. Charlie Cao is Senior Vice President of Co-Win Ventures. He has nearly 20 years of experience in the new materials industry.
    Mr. Charlie Cao led and participated in the IPO of PhiChem (SZ.300398), a liquid crystal materials M&A worth RMB 1 billion, a semiconductor materials M&A in Taiwan, and over 10 equity investment projects in new materials.
    Prior to joining Co-Win Ventures, Mr. Charlie Cao served as the head of investment and the board secretary at PhiChem (SZ.300398).
    Mr. Charlie Cao holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry and a Master's degree in Finance from Fudan University.

    Vice President

           Ms. Rachel Hu is Vice President of Co-Win Ventures. She has 10 years of R&D, project management, and investment experience in biopharmaceutical industry.
           Ms. Hu has led and participated in deals such as Immorna, Aucoda Pharmaceuticals, Forlong Biotechnology, and etc.
           Prior to joining Co-Win Ventures, Ms. Hu was Director at Immorna. Before that, she was Senior Scientist and Project Leader at Cristal Therapeutics, where she was involved in various stages of the core pipeline, from CMC to clinical studies, as well as in charge of several external collaborative projects.
           Ms. Hu has published more than 10 papers in international journals and holds a Ph.D. from Twente University, an M.S. from Utrecht University, and a B.S. from Peking University School of Pharmacy.

    Managing Director

          Mr. Ke Huang is Managing Director of Co-Win Ventures, focusing on semiconductor and industrial software investment. He has more than 10 years of experience in scientific research and technology development.
    Mr. Huang has led and participated in deals such as Newdim China, Info Convergence Technology, LINKEDSEMI.
          Prior to joining Co-Win Ventures, Mr. Huang was R&D Director of 300Cloud and had led the technical team engaging in R&D in cutting-edge fields such as artificial intelligence and high-performance computing.
          Mr. Huang holds a Ph.D. in Integrated Circuits and Systems from Tsinghua University, and a B.S. in Electronic Science and Technology from the University of Electronic Science and technology. He has published many SCI papers and obtained a number of authorized patents.

    Senior Vice President

    Mr. Zedel Li is the Senior Vice President of Co-Win Ventures, specializing in investments in the artificial intelligence and software sectors. He has over 10 years of experience in AI-related area.
    Prior to joining Co-Win Ventures, Mr. Li worked at Huawei for nearly 7 years in roles spanning R&D, product development, and strategy, gaining extensive industry expertise in AI and software management.
    Mr. Li holds a Ph.D. in Electronic Engineering from the University of York (UK), as well as dual bachelor’s degrees from the University of Birmingham (UK) and Huazhong University of Science and Technology (China). He has also published multiple first-author SCI papers.

          Mr. Liwei Lin is Senior Vice President of Co-Win Ventures. He has 12 years of experience in Internet technology and consumer goods industries.
          Mr. Lin's led the investments of Yudong Innovation and Alpicool Electric. He also participated the investments of DZOPTICS, TSW Biotech, Polaris-Vision, and etc.
          Prior to joining Co-Win Ventures, Mr. Lin has 7 years of entrepreneurial experience in Internet technology industry, he co-founded [YoufanAPP] food sharing platform, served as the Vice President of Strategy at AI technology company, Extreme Chain Technology, and was responsible for NKA's retail business at Lee Kum Kee Seasoning Group.
          Mr. Lin holds an MBA from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and a B.S. in Statistics from Guangdong University of Finance & Economics.

          Ms. Celine Shan is Senior Associate of Co-Win Ventures, she has over 10 years of experience in medical device and investment industry.
          Ms. Shan has led and participated in deals such as Innosonics Medical, FINE VISION, Sniper-tech, United InnoMed, Neuracle,and etc.
          Prior to joining Co-Win Ventures, Ms. Shan was Senior Technical Sales at Medtronic.
          Ms. Shan holds a M.S. in Biopharmaceutical and Pharmaceutical Preparations from Zhejiang University, and a B.S. in Clinical Pharmacy from Harbin Medical University.

          Mr. Eric Xia is Director of Co-Win Ventures, focusing on investment in new materials area. He has over 10 years of industry experience in semiconductor, display, and new energy materials.
          Mr. Xia has led and participated in deals such as YUWEI-Tech, Hunan General Grinding Machiner EMC SEMI-CONDUCTION, Freshen, and etc.
          Prior to joining Co-Win Ventures, Mr. Xia worked as panel level Technology Materials Expert at Huawei, R&D manager at Board-tech, and Senior Engineer at ASTRI in Hong Kong
          Mr. Xia holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, and a B.S. in Polymer Materials and Engineering from University of Science and Technology of China.

    Prior to joining Co-Win Ventures, Mr. Yang worked as R&D Project Manager at Chronos Imaging and Materials R&D Engineer at Greenleaf Corporation.
    Mr. Yang holds an M.S. in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

    Prior to joining Co-Win Ventures, Mr. Yuan worked at Ignis Therapeutics, 3S Bio, IQVIA and Yip's Chemical Group.
    Mr. Yuan holds an M.S. in Organic Chemistry and a B.S. in Chemistry from Fudan University.

          Mr. Aaron Zhao is Executive Director of Co-Win Ventures. He has over 10 years of experience in optoelectronics industry.
          Mr. Zhao has led and participated in deals such as Hitronics Technologies, Jade Bird Display, DZOPTICS, YunYue Electric Drive Technology, and Lumina Instruments.
          Prior to joining Co-Win Ventures, Mr. Zhao worked at OSRAM Opto Semiconductor as Technical Marketing Manager, and Philips (China) as System Engineer / Project Manager..
          Mr. Zhao holds an M.S. in Material Physics and Chemistry and a B.S. in Material Physics from Nanjing University. He has published many SCI papers and obtained two invention patents.

        Ms. Pu holds a B.M. in Auditing (ACCA) from Nanjing Audit University. She is a member of CICPA and ACCA.
